A new funded PhD position for the period 2025-2028 is being offered at the Computer Science Research Center (CRI)
The prolifera:on of home officing and other teleworking prac:ces has deeply transformed the way people collaborate in the workplace, leading to a prolifera:on of digital plaSorms (Teams, Zoom, Jira, etc.) and a scaVering of informa:on across such plaSorms. This evolu:on brings with it new challenges: loss of team cohesion, isola:on, difficulty in tracking project progress, and increased risk of disengagement or psychological distress among employees.
